Find the exact model number in Settings → About phone. Follow the manufacturer source for the eSIM controls on that version. Ask the original carrier about unlocking; an EID or Add eSIM menu does not establish an unlock.
An EID indicates eSIM hardware. It does not prove the phone is unlocked, that every provider will accept it or that a plan includes coverage at your destination. Do not send us your IMEI, EID or account details.
