eSIM connected but no internet? Find the right settings.

Most travel eSIMs set themselves up. When one does not, the fix is usually one setting, called the APN. Pick your eSIM to see the exact value.

    Open Settings, then Cellular, then tap your travel eSIM.

    Tap Cellular Data Network.

  3. 3

    Paste the value into APN under Cellular Data. Leave the other fields empty.

  4. 4

    Go back, then turn Airplane Mode on and off. Data should start within a minute.

Still no internet? Check that Data Roaming is on for the travel eSIM. All seven fixes
